Esteemed Nuesalites,

We write to inform each and everyone of the forthcoming Congress of the Association for the first semester of the 2022–2023 academic session. This is in accordance with the provisions of the constitution of the association as entrenched in Article 8, Section 1, Sub-section 2.
 
Consequently, we beseech everyone to be present, as it is an avenue to witness the proceedings of the association. The Congress has been scheduled to be held as follows:
 
Date: Thursday, February 22, 2024. 
Venue: Education Lecture Theatre (EDLT).
Time: 03:00 p.m.
 
The agenda of the Congress is:
 
1. State of the Association
2. Matters of Public Importance
3. Report From the (CEC, SRC, and Senators Representing the Faculty)
4. Any Other Business (AOB)
 
In lieu of the above, we implore all and sundry to be present, punctual, and, most importantly, to come with their valid means of identification.
