IMPORTANT NOTICE ON MATRICULATION LIST AND OATHS FORM OF MATRICULATING STUDENTS (100 LEVEL AND DIRECT ENTRY)
This is to notify all Matriculating Students (100level and Direct Entry) that your Matriculation Lists is now available at your respective departments for proper scrutiny and verification.

Therefore, the following are expected of all Matriculating Students with immediate effect:

I. Matriculating Students (100Level and D.E.) are to approach their respective Departmental or General Office to proof-check their details. 

2. two name lists are provided, ensure to proof-check both lists if your names are correctly spelt and arranged.

3. where your name is not correctly spelt or properly arranged, ensure to effect the correction(s) immediately.

4. where your name is omitted (not found on the list), ensure to raise the alarm and correctly write such name on the additional spaces provided on both lists with reachable Phone Number.

5. ensure to collect your Matriculation Oath Forms on the spot immediately after the Matriculation Lists have been proof-checked.

6. the Oaths Form are to be correctly filled and submitted by first week of the Rain (Second) Semester.

In lieu of this, we besiege all Matriculating Students to keenly adhere to the above instructions as it is inimical to your convocation. Also, it is a core prerequisite for getting your Matriculation Numbers.
