AL-MUBARAK Led Administration; An Appraisal Of Diligence And Excellence

Often, it is quite relatable to make impacts worthy of recognition rather than do the work for recognition.

In a couple of months, we have continuously played roles in resourceful conversations, offering valuable counsels and directly connecting dots around our immediate associations, Faculty of Education and the University Community at large.

Position of authority is a privilege and not all will reach it. It is a privilege to be the one occupying an official seat to administer to the operation of a body, an organization, or a society. Either as kings, departmental heads, directors, managers, chairmen, governors, or presidents; the seat gives anyone occupying it an opportunity to make final approval or dictate lines of action.

Since such right of administrator given to the individual occupying position is usually statutory and legally backed many times; the ones on the seat are alpha and omega in decision making. The decision on what to do with society's resources becomes the sole responsibility of the one in those seats of power making him the one holding the spoon at the pot of the soup. He, therefore, determines who gets what and which size he or she gets.

The ability to be self-disciplined by not cornering what belong to the public for personal gain and being fair in the treatment of those under his or her authority are the two key determinants of a good leader. 

Generally, the expectation was not that high when the AL-MUBARAK Led Administration came in because many believed they would be people of greedy desire, abuse power, cart money away and cover it with white elephant projects or lies-packed excuses.

Then work commenced in all aspects, sectors and every area started feeling the impact of the Al Mubarak led Administration – people are seeing this and many were confessing of their decision during the electioneering periods and these gave the administration a louder volume of motivation to do more and better.

Perhaps, while these were being done we had secret admirers and notable administration who took tabs on NUESA as an association and deemed it fit to give encomiums and accolades to the administration; Rejuvenation And Forwardness Administration.

They include but not limited to; The Best Student Association Of The Year, the Association's General secretary and Public Relations officer were awarded the most outstanding office holder in their office capacity among 15 other faculties.

Being overwhelmed and ever appreciate is an understatement, it's a full page of poetry wrapped in a pure gold. Our commitment bar has no doubt been raised on higher standards with these outstanding accolades!..

The move that cap it all was the commencement of WiFi installation to enhance hybrid learning for her students. Some remarkable achievements, events and insightful projects of the association were; facilitating the rehabilitation of learning materials like the classroom board, launching of association official website, building an inclusive administration with all other arms of the association body, academic workshop and convergence, spelling bee competition , launching of the association official website, press conference and symposium, launching of magazine in honour of Nigerian ex-minister, organising environmental clean up day, social activities like interdepartmental dance competition, trade fair program for young entrepreneurs, and organising sporting competition like the Nuesa star league , Dean's cup , quiz and debate, spelling bee competition and many more.

Conclusively, everyone need to acknowledge this, it is clear that The AL-MUBARAK Led Administration has set a new pace in NUESA and all that comes after him will have no option but to sustain and maintain these principles.
