 PHYSICAL CLEARANCE FOR PENULTIMATE STUDENTS SET TO COMMENCE
This is to bring to the notice of all  *Penultimate(300l) students of Faculty of Education* that screening of certificate and other related documents will be commencing soon and we urge each and everyone of our concerned members to get prepared for the screening exercise. 

The following documents are required for verification:

1- Letter of Admission from JAMB and UNILORIN
2- Evidence of transfer from University to University or Inter Faculty Transfer (if any) 
3- Notification of UTME Scores
4- Original Certificate of SSCE or GCE or NECO
5- Statement of Results of IJMB or Teacher’s Grade II (if any) 
6- Student Identity Card
7- Original Current Session Course Registration Form
8- Original JAMB result
9- Birth Certificate
10- Statement of Origin Certificate
11- Unilorin Admission Clearance status Print Out.   
                                           
We advice all concerned students to stay tuned and abide by the  directives, as excuses for not being available would not be entertained by the Committee.
