UPDATE ON PERMANENT ID CARD FOR 300LEVEL STUDENTS, MATRICULATION OATH FORM FOR NEWLY ADMITTED STUDENTS.

After intense consultations and interaction with the management, we are glad to inform all 300level students of the Faculty that PERMANENT IDENTITY CARDS are now available for collection.

All concerned students are expected to go along with their duly signed Course Registeration Form.

The venue for collection are as follow;

Human Kinetics Education & Educational Management - *Faculty Office, ROOM037 (9-4pm).* 

Social Science Education, Health Education,Arts Education,Adult and Primary Education - *Faculty Office, ROOM020 (9-4pm)* 

Educational Technology , Counsellor Education, Science Education - *Faculty Office, ROOM029 (9-4pm)* 

It is pertinent to note that the collection of ID card is only for 300level with matriculation number *18/25**.. eg  18/25GH999.

Henceforth, it is now a must that students produce *Police Report, Court Affidavit*  before they can be issued a temporary ID card in case of misplacement.

Also, we use this medium to inform the *newly admitted students (UTME&DE) that the Matriculation Oath Form* is now available for collection at their respective Head of Department (HOD) office.
